Our mission is to educate the whole child to be a leader who loves God and serves others. SHS Atherton is part of an international network of Sacred Heart schools comprising of 22 schools nationally and 200+ schools internationally. The twenty-one Schools of the Sacred Heart in the United States share a common tradition and educational philosophy centered around five essential goals. The five goals of the Sacred Heart Network inform all that we do at Sacred Heart, Atherton. They guide our community in a genuinely integrated approach to learning which is spiritually nurturing, academically challenging, and productive of students who are committed to social justice, a spirit of Christian community, and a sense of wise-self discipline.
